Bootcamp is a military-style exercise session which is guaranteed to get the heart pumping, muscles toning and fat burning. The sociable way to enjoy a full-on workout.

TRX

There are so many possibilities for using a Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX) suspension trainer, it can be hard to know where to start without someone to point you in the right direction. We both have a TRX qualification so we are just the right people! A TRX, which was developed by the US Navy, combines the actions of several different pieces of gym equipment for a particularly effective workout. Suspension training has many benefits, including improving balance, flexibility, joint stability, mobility and core strength. It can also improve posture and help with either the prevention of or the rehabilitation from injuries.
