Kettlebells are cannonball-shaped weights with handles attached used by Olympic athletes and football teams in their training.  Working with them enables the user to combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Unlike traditional dumbbell-type weights, the centre of mass is beyond the hand and using them builds strength and endurance particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders. They are available in different weights to suit your training needs. We have completed an instructor course specifically for training with kettlebells so we can work them into your personal training programme to make sure you get the most out of using them.
