Combining high-intensity cardio work with balance, timing and agility, Boxercise is a fantastic form of cross-training which is fun for improving all levels of physical ability.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a military-style exercise session which is guaranteed to get the heart pumping, muscles toning and fat burning. The sociable way to enjoy a full-on workout.

Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Boxercise

Boxercise is a fun cardiovascular workout developed around the sport of boxing. Emma and Jon are both registered Boxercise instructor's so can make best use of its many benefits for your specific requirements. The training combines a high-intensity work out with developing balance, timing, hand-eye co-ordination and agility. It’s a great form of cross training which can be a really enjoyable and effective way to get fit and burn calories for clients of all levels of ability.
