Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Emma is at all times professional, knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious.

Plyometrics 

  

My client is wanting to get better at jumping for her athletics at schoool. 

To do this her training involves a variety of things one of them being plyometrics (plyos).

Plyometric exercises are sometimes referred to as explosive exercises. It is a type of exercise training to design fast, powerful movements and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in sports.

She is really enjoying the different exercises she has to do and has seen huge benefits from having Personal Training sessions.
