Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Emma is at all times professional, knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious.

October = Jons Fitness Challenge Month  

Last year (2011) Jon ranked 3rd fastest male from a field of over 10 000 in the Menshealth 3 race National Survival of the fittest. 

He is returning to take on the 2012 series and this time the challenge has been magnified ......it's now 'double trouble' from 3 races to 6. 

1) 7th October 2012 - Cardiff STOF 

2) 13th October 2012 - Nottingham STOF 

3) 21st October 2012 - Edinburugh STOF 

4) 3rd November 2012 - Manchester STOF 

5/6) 17th November 2012 - London 'double' STOF

Jon does this for enjoyment but also to raise money for St Michael's Hospice. For all of the challenges Jon will be wearing his yellow and purple costume so keep an eye out for him.
