Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Emma is at all times professional, knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious.

I really enjoy training with Emma, she is nice and it has really improved my fitness.

RACE4MORE charity challenge October 2011

Jon raised money for Saint Michaels Hospice through the completion of a bespoke 14 day
'fitness challenge' which incorporated four National Fitness Events, squeezed into a two week period.
The 'RACE-4-MORE' FITNESS CHALLENGE sought to raise much needed funds to help support a great charity which provides a direct support link to the local and wider community.
Saint Michael’s exists to ensure local people get the end of life care they want, need and deserve. It costs £3.9million every year to help Saint Michael’s continue their work, but the difference it makes
to people who are living with terminal illness and bereavement in the Harrogate district is invaluable. More than 80 per cent of the running costs are covered by events and activities completed by fundraisers in the local community. As someone who has been touched by Saint Michaels, Jon race in four of the Toughest Race Challenges across the UK, all in the space of 14 days!

Men’s Health SOTF - Nottingham - England
Kielder Marathon - Kielder - England
Men’s Health SOTF - Edinburgh
Jon is a regular participant in cross country races entering one on 2009 and four in 21 days in 2010. In a bid to boost sponsorship, and promote the challenge Jon designed and made his own race costume using the Saint Michaels corporate colours of yellow and purple which Jon taught all his fitness classes in.
Jon would like to say: “ A massive thank you to all those who have sponsored me during my Race4More and Fitness Challenge. I have raised over £600 for Saint Michael’s Hospice; hopefully my charity work will inspire others.”
