Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Emma is at all times professional, knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious.

Spin Bike - Reduce Body Fat, Improve Fitness and Improve strength

All my clients have different goals and the client I had for this session wants to achieve 3 things.

1. Lose Body Fat

2. Improve Fitness

3. Improve strength

She has been training with me in a group for 2 years and is also advised what to do on her own. In the picture she is on a spin bike which are brilliant for all of her goals.  

She also attends my Bootcamp class at The Hydro in Harrogate and is a very dedicated individual and this shows as she is improving constanly.

When I go to the gym. Trainer will introduce spin bike for weight loss.
