Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Bosu Workout

I use the Bosu (stands for both sides used) with alot of my clients for various different reasons. This week with this particular client i used it to help with his core stability and strength. In the picture he is doing a set of 15 press ups, 3 times, with 30 seconds rest inbetween.

He has got his feet on one Bosu and his hands on another.  We used the Bosu throughout the whole session which lasted an hour and we will keep revisiting the same exercises in the future to make sure that we see progression in his training program.
