Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Emma is at all times professional, knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious.

Boxercise Session

The class that i take on a Tuesday at Pure Fitness Rooms in Harrogate involved mainly Boxercise this week. The 3 people that come to the class are all wanting to improve their fitness levels and reduce body fat but want to enjoy what they do on their journey to achieving this. It uses the Aerobic and Anaerobic energy sytems and helps to enhance hand eye co-ordination, balance and timing.

The class is totally different every week so the clients never know what to expect. I have recently started to take their body fat, muscle mass and other tests so the service is a little more personal and focused.

Very dedicated group! Well Done girls!!!
