Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Training session at Pure Fitness Rooms in Harrogate

 Today I was training a client to improve their balance and fitness levels. The session included a half and hour walk on the treadmill which included different incline's and speed's which is known as Fartlek training as this is a brilliant form of training to improve fitness and reduce body fat. After the treadmill we did some balance work on the floor then progressed onto the Bosu ball with a medicine ball.
