Emma has been my personal trainer for the last four years.  The results that I have achieved to date are largely due to Emma’s combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programmes and challenging yet achievable goal setting. Emma is at all times professional, knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious.

I really enjoy training with Emma, she is nice and it has really improved my fitness.

Jons October Fitness Challenge

Jon Procter is joining Pt and Therapy in November 2011 as a Personal Trainer.

During October 2011 Jon is doing a race4more Fitness Challenge. The aim of the challenge is to raise money for Staint Michael's Hospice and he appreciates all the support he gets. Its easy to donate online just go to his JustGiving page:http://www.justgiving.com/Jonathan-Procter

The challenge includes 4 races in 14 days and the first one was on Sunday 2nd October which Jon did extremely well in, he came 25th out of over 2300 people with less than 1 second seperating numbers 20 - 25.

The reason why this means a lot to Jon is because he recently lost his grandad and in his own way he is using this challange to show him, in his own way, how he helped give him passion for life and for showing him that you need to give your very best in what challenges you take on.

Congrats John! We need more people like you in this field. This is not an easy job, but we all know this is so rewarding.
