About Emma Young

Emma Young is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Holistic & Sports Massage therapist. She has been a Personal Trainer for over eight years and in that time has been lucky enough to work with clients from 9 to 70+ years old, of every level of fitness and with many different goals. This has led to a real focus on adapting her personal training to the needs of individual she is working with.

Over Ten years ago, Emma struggled with her own weight and fitness levels and managed to conquer them both, leaving her with a mindset that if she can do it, then she can help other people achieve what she has.

She qualified in Holistic Massage in 2010 and Sports Massage in 2012 which added to her other qualifications so clients have the option of adding massage alongside their training for the ultimate muscle workout or de-stressing experience.

Emma is a big believer in focusing on internal as well as external muscle groups; and flexibility and stretching to elongate the muscles.
